My husband and I were at this place during my birthday trip to Quebec city. I made a reservation in advance and mention my special day. Well, do not speck French. We were seated and when the owner approached our table, he easily recognize that...we are not a francophones. We asked us where we came from and we did not hesitate to share our background that we are proud of. What happened next blew my mind away: the owner made a face of disgust, turned around and never looked at our table again. he completely ignored us. To begin with, this restaurant is a very tiny place - a few tables - and to ignore one table he must be a professional on it. The food was far below Tim Hortons. We ordered tiramisu and we got a complete mess on the plata with undifferentiated taste. Soup was cold and over salted. Liver - was as think as you can see through and over salted again. The final was: I paid the bill and did not include tips for an absence of serve; however, the waiter run to our table and shouted at us that we MUST PAY TIPS because they were not included in the bill...... I paid. We were shocked. Disappointed. terrible!!!!! For my whole entire life that is the first time when the server asked for tips in such inappropriate and rude manner.
