While in Vancouver I drove past Martini's Restaurant. It looked nice on the outside and the sign noted that it has been open about 40 years. Any restaurant that has been open that long must be doing something right. We went there for dinner with...our travelling friends and we were all extremely glad. This is a local's place. It is not very big and it has a nice feel to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very well presented and the Mud Pie dessert should not be missed. This is the type of find that makes travel fun. One does not have to go to a tourist popular place to have a good dining experience.
