This restaurant has relatively varied menu. I ordered the Lamb Burger with Fries. The food came out fairly quick after ordering. The Lamb Burger was cooked properly. It came with Blue Cheese, Chipotle Onion Relish and Aioli, along with Lettuce and Tomato. The Lamb Meat...lacked flavour (perhaps it was Lamb Meat mixed with another Meat). They put the right amount of Blue Cheese on it, so it wouldn’t over power the taste of the Burger. The Chipotle Onion relish was flavourful and complimented the Burger well. With the Blue Cheese and the Relish, there was no need for the Aioli, as it didn’t add anything to the taste of the Burger. It would have been better (and less calories) if they just left it out. Overall, the Lamb Burger was pretty good. The Fries weren’t very crispy at all. They need to work on their Fries. Perhaps using frozen fries, instead of fresh cut Fries would solve that problem. There is long process involved in making house cut fries crispy. If restaurants don’t take the time to follow the process, then the result is fries that are a bit soft and soggy, not crispy. Service was very friendly and very efficient.
