My recent experience at your restaurant in November 2021 was TERRIBLE! My sister and I visited the Broadway Vancouver location and were very disappointed. We ordered our food, and it came within 30 to 40 minutes (rather lengthy) and it is was cold. We told...our server who told her manager. He came over and asked if we’d like new meals? We seriously could not have eaten and enjoyed our food because it was so cold. We said yes please and 30 to 40 minutes later we received our new meals. They were not super hot, but we did not complain. We did not receive anything… no compensation. We paid full price for our cold meals and our lengthy stay. Will I visit again? Never! So disappointing as your Yaletown location is AMAZING! You are not going to win customers by treating them this way. Basically $75 down the drain! Don't bother!More
