My bf and I went to the downtown location tutti fruitti this morning and we were definitely shocked and disapointed and angry at this experience! We were seated to a table without issue, then waited almost 15 minutes and no server came!! While other tables...are being served, we were left alone. To give you more details to the story, the restaurant were obviously not full, and I counted 5 servers in the area we were sitting with approx 7 tables. No one brought us water, no one offer coffee. I looked around thinking they might be busy for some reason, so I patiently waited till a server serve the table next to us to a group of customer who came after we did. And ask her when are we getting a server, she told us she isnt our server, but she will ask our designated server to come asap as we were ready to order. Okay undeestandable, we werent sitting in her assigned table, so we waited again. No one came! At this point im beyond angry, never expected to be treated this way at a well known reataurant. The server who werent our server, came and took our order and had someone else to brought the food over. At this point, we still had to request for water, because it wasnt brought to us. And we had no ketchup, no syrup. We had to help ourself from other empty tables. Upon the long numerous wait, we cant help but notice we were the only asian customers, while other customers were caucasians and were served almost immediately as they walk in the restaurant. This is what we notice and felt incredibly ignored. Even after we paid for our meal, we had no idea who were our server. Horrible! No service, no server, nothing. First ever time we felt so humiliated and unvaluable in a restaurant! Our Worse choice ever to eat at tutti fruitti downtown.
