We stayed at The Exchange for my birthday trip and popped into Hydra on the first night of our stay and right when we sat down we were warmly greeted by PJ. He was AMAZING and so helpful especially when deciding what wine to pair...with our food. The atmosphere of the bar was nice and cozy and the food was delicious. But the BEST part of our experience was our hilarious Irish bartender PJ. He made us feel right at home and is the reason we came back to the bar a few nights later. Overall great experience thanks to him! One thing I would recommend changing there is the food plates already placed in front of you. According to a manager, they are placed there to “encourage” you to share food. In my opinion it’s a waste of space and not necessary!More
