I live around the corner from Cafe Joe. The food is good, the service is nice and courteous, the decor could be cozy, but the owner had the very bad idea to keep a corner of the restaurant as a children playground, so every time...I go there to get a relaxing lunch between friends, it turns out to be a nightmarish experience with loud kids, running all over the place with parents who couldn't care less. It could be such a great place, but this issue keep me from going there on a regular basis. Too bad !!!More
