We only discovered Blue Hat Bistro through Dine Out Vancouver and were blown away! The 3-course lunch menu was only $25 and included beautifully displayed dishes made with fresh ingredients creatively combined to make a delightful meal - impressive! Talk about the perfect balance of...excellent food with a lovely water view (Granville Island), gorgeous elegant decor and engaging service. Service was wonderful. Not totally professional, less 'elegant' than one would expect, but friendly, knowledgable and 'real'. Michael seemed genuinely invested in our overall experience. He's very special. We highly recommend the Blue Hat and would definitely return ourselves.
