6 of us went here on the Saturday after Valentines Day. We had reservations and its a good thing as the place was packed with lineups out the entrance way. Unfortunately for us they were overwhelmed due to a server not showing up and being...how busy it was. 5 of us had Calzones and the other a chef salad which arrived fairly quickly but our Calzones took about 1 hr.- 1.5 hr 's to arrive. We complained after about an hour of waiting about the situation especially the fact that the person with the chefs salad had hers delivered well before our dinners and it still didn't have all the ingredients they said were in it. They replaced here salad so all of us could eat at the same and this time with all the ingredients in it.The Calzones did not disappoint as they were very good. Next time we come here we"ll arrive and eat earlier so that or meals come in a more timely manner. The manager took 10 percent off the bill but it would have been better if they had excused the wait and handed out some appies rather than waiting for us to complain.
