As part of the Lobby Lounge, the Blaze at Delta by Marriott downtown does not score super high for ambience. Food however, mostly standard fare, excellent, fresh and well presented. Service, absolutely excellent and pleasant, provided by an "all in one" host, server, maitre'd, barkeeper....The restaurant itself was very quiet. The kitchen, however apparently busy as most hotel guests under Covid seem to prefer in room dining. The restaurant host is a super nice, efficient and witty personality, mixes great cocktails, I especially enjoyed his Whisky Sour and is fun to talk to. The Cheddar Bacon Burger, the Flatbread, were wonderful, wine available by the glass very good as well.
