This place has been in the neighborhood for about a year, and we just tried it out. It's in the little strip mall at the corner of Buchanan and Portage, and is easy to miss as it looks tiny from the outside. It has, however,...more seating than I thought as there were about a ten tables inside with some decent space. We decided to go vegetarian this time around, and we were not disappointed. The vegetable tempura was as good as any similar sushi restaurant we've been to - light and crispy tempura accentuated by crunchy panko. The rolls were fresh and tasty with nice accompaniments. The Tofu Teriyaki is probably best eaten right away, or perhaps fried a little longer, as the rice wrapping on the tofu was gelatinous and chewy. The flavours were on point, however, and you get a large portion of vegetables, salad and rice for a low price.
