Just when one thinks that one might be generally aware of the local cuisine scene, reality hits one right between the eyes. Having introduced a globe trotting fellow foodie to my preferred Szechuan cuisine, they reciprocated later by introducing me to the Madras Dosa House....And many thanks to them for doing so!
