Three friends and i came here for dinner.The food tasted like all subways, pretty good, but the service was absolutely horrible. The lack of respect being shown to the costumers was like nothing i’ve seen before. Worker made rude remarks at me when i misunderstood...her mumbled question, which was something i had already told her twice. Put the wrong cheese on my sandwich, and when i told her, she put it right back into the cheese thing after it had already touched my ham. My friend hadn’t mentioned what kind of cheese she wanted, and the lady just decided for her. She only toasted my sandwich for about 30 seconds, the meat and the cheese was cold, and my friends gluten free bread was still frozen. The lady asked my gluten free friend if she should change her gloves when switching between someone else’s sandwich and hers. As far as i know, it is the Subway policy to change your gloves in that situation. My friend was asked to pay before her sandwich was made, and when she asked for guacamole they said no, because they had already made her pay. Horrible service. Not good.
