I am taking some training in the area and only have a half hour for dinner. Wendy's at 1039 Kenaston is close and has been my go to place for dinner the last two days. There is a Tim Horton's on the same lot. Yesterday...I used the drive through. It was fast and efficient. My food came as ordered. It was hot, fresh and flavorful. I had the single cheese combo. Today I ate in the restaurant, still under the same time constraints. The service was quick and I had my food within a few minutes. All the condiments are readily accessible. There were two tills open and a lot of staff working behind the counter. The restaurant was clean and all of the open tables were free from garbage. There was a TV playing one of the sports channels in the northwest corner of the restaurant. They had the Winnipeg Sun, The Metro and the Coffee News available for anyone looking to pass the time reading. I have frequented this restaurant numerous times over the years and I have always been happy with the service and food.
