So to begin walked in got a table and it was cold so none of us took off our jackets. Another family came in and complained about the cold and I overheard our waitress asking if she could turn the heat on.... not up but...on!! So they hadn't even turned the heat on in the place. Ordered our food and some drinks.... food came for 4 of the 5 of us and she asked if he ordered anything so he re ordered his food 4 more times. The last time she came back to argue and brought the paper she wrote out orders on to try and prove he didn't order. At this point he told her not to bother he didn't even want his food anymore. She apologized sayig the war won ton takes a long time to make.... i dont believe that for a second. Another person at my table had to ask for the sauce to go with his vermicelli and ask for water. The table beside us had to send back all their food as none of it was correct and half were wrong the second time. I got the seafood noodle soup and was told there would be veggies and there were none. By the time we went to pay we had to get our own left over boxes and still never got our drinks and were told they would just be another couple minutes. Left without our drinks because if they rent made within the hour and a half we were there we weren't willing to wait any longer. Will never go here again.
