I got a reservation confirmation from Open table that my dinner reservation for my wife’s birthday was set for 7pm on Christmas Eve. Having planned all day and all excited, my family and I walked 10 minute in the cold from the subway station only to find the place was closed with a sign in the window. Why wouldn’t this be updated in the app or even on their website which I had visited to check out their offerings. My family and I were so disappointed and would never ever book again with this restaurant. Luckily for us Chi Dim sum at Yonge and Eglinton was able to accommodate us and and they were well worth it.
