My husband ordered steak dinner and I was torn between pizza and lasagna. The waitress, who was very nice though, highly recommended the lasagna so I went for it. Well, his steak was way over salted and after the second bite of my dish, I...looked more closely and realized the lasagna noodles were simply placed on the bottom of the plate and meatsauce, which lacked meat and was definitely not in proper proportion or ratio compared to noodles, was poured on top like sauce on a spaghetti dish and had a small amount of mozza cheese on top. This was definitely not a lasagna but some lazy alternative!!! If they didn't have any lasagna, they should have said so. When I told waitress I was not happy with it, she apologized and called a manager. They offered to send more meat sauce or an alternative dish and said they would not charge for the dish. I didn't want to make such a fuss so I accepted the extra meat sauce. Dumb move, it was a small saucer of tomato sauce with practically no meat in it. Meanwhile, having already not been charged for the one dish, we didn't have the boldness to also comment on my husband's steak being super salty so he just said it was good. We realize now, we should have just left right away, wish we knew how to be more bold. :-(More
