We just went there today and it took us almost 2 hours to finish our meals as the wait time for our orders to arrive is too long. The worse part is, since we realized that our order took so long to arrive, we doubled...our orders but they always gave us half our orders! For example, we ordered 30pcs tempura, they gave us 15 and it is the same with our other orders. After almost 2 hours, we were still waiting for more orders and when we followed up on our orders, they said we do not have any more. Also, they now automatically charge 15% gratuity regardless of how many you are in the group. Considering their very poor service and the amount they charge, the gratuity is NOT even worth it! We've been going there for the last 10 years and we will NEVER go back there!More
