I haven't had a problem with the food in the past but as for the staff they're a joke. DO NOT ever try to get or order food on the normal busy days like super bowl or new years or anything like it. I have...tried recently on grey cup Sunday and watched the business crumble as they gave unreasonable times to wait that they could not keep leaving customers waiting far beyond the times and many saying forget It and leaving without their food. My most recent and last straw was just this evening new years eve where I thought I had the forsight to order what I'd like 7 hours.......yes that's right 7 HOURS before I wanted it and was left waiting for an additional 2 hours before being told my order had not even been started. That was the last straw and I left and will never return. And anyone I suggest you take your business somewhere else.
