We drove from Okotoks to try their chicken. I am with wife, a 14 year old, 7 and a 2 year old, so imagine the hassle. We came and was asked to sit on 2 separate tables. I told the lady that we are a...family and per social distancing rule, a family can sit and eat as a group so I ask her if we can just combine the 2 tables into one. All i can hear from her is NO, NO and NO. We were about to just take the food out but my kids are starving and wanted to just eat inside, she offered again for us to sit at the bar. Imagine us ,with a toddler running around, sitting in a bar. It was a struggle asking her and telling her how social distancing rule works but she insisted that the owner is not allowing it. We decided to leave and drove to Popeyes to just do a take out. Very disappointing and the worst customer service I am sorry. I will not recommend this place to my friends and will tell people my experience. If there is an option to give out a zero star, I will choose a zero.
