I was with some friends and we ordered for delivery. When it arrived, we noticed that we were missing 1 poutine, and 1 hot dog was not correct. So I call them back. When the replacement food arrived they were insisting that we pay them...for the poutine and the hot dog. I would not have minded paying for the poutine, as it wasn'r charged, but they wanted to pay for the second hot dog AND the delivery fee, even though this was their mistake. The manager was rude and kept insisting that we pay. Never ordering from this place again.
