We visited L'Express St-Zotique for the first time on a Wednesday noontime in June. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived (about 12:40). We were warmly welcomed. We ordered two "trios": one egg salad sandwich and one grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwiches come in...two sizes: small and large. We picked the large. The sandwiches were quite copious. (The "large" egg salad sandwich was actually two sandwiches. We eventually took the second sandwich away with us uneaten.) The trios come with an ice tea and a cookie. There is a selection of home-made ice teas to choose from, in 500-ml bottles. There is also a selection of cookies. We took the white chocolate cookies which were pure melt-in-your-mouth pleasure. The sandwiches themselves were very good too. We plan to return.
