Bufala sucks big time. We had a bad experience with ordering their food through Uber Eats. We received the wrong order and the driver took it back. I called the restaurant to attempt to obtain the food that was ordered. They admitted their error and...said that our actual order was sitting there. I asked them to send the correct order immediately but they refused . I asked why they could not send it in a taxi but they refused to do anything to correct THEIR error. All they could suggest was that I submit another order through Uber Eats and attempt to get a refund for the first order. Unbelievable! I asked to speak to the manager and the girl on the phone said there was no manager and no one was in charge. Right? It was late and I was hungry so I stupidly complied and now I paid for 2 orders and weeks later I have no refund. Bufala refused to take responsibility for, or ownership of THEIR error and they delighted in screwing me over. They obviously have no concern for customers who are the innocent victims of their thoughtlessness.
