A real disappointment...we own a business in Inglewood and wanted to support a fellow business in the community. So, we decided to have our staff Christmas Party at 500 Cucina. We talked to the manager/owner Rocco and he said he needed a deposit ($1000) in...order to save our reservation for the large group we were feeding. He said it was just to hold the reservation and that we would be reimbursed the $1000. We paid our bill for the night (which was a large bill) and as it turns out he also charged our credit card $1000 which he said was only a deposit. It is 15 months later and he still has NOT reimbursed us the "deposit" and claims it is the banks fault. Bottom line is he is dishonest and has taken advantage of good people who were willing to give him business and support a community member, only to be ripped off.
