My girlfriend and I had Sunday dinner here first time so I tried the Sunday 3 course dinner for $35. I had the bison carpaccio to start and the salmon as a main followed by a flourless espresso chocolate cake. My girlfriend had their mushroom...gnocchi. The bison carpaccio is excellent...very tasty with like a creamy horseradish drizzle on it. For my salmon, I asked our server to ensure that the fish is NOT overcooked because then it would be dry. When it came, it was at point....juicy and not dry at all. the salmon had a few blueberries on it, half a slice of egg plant, some mashed potatoes and some brocollini. There wasn't much taste to the fish but the skin has nice and crispy. On the menu, it said "wild" salmon, but when I tasted it, it was not wild and I think it was actually farmed salmon and for this reason I am giving it 4 stars. Now for their flourless espresso chocolate cake....that was the star of the entire meal. It was rich and creamy like a ganache and the after taste of espresso was divine. Our server was very attentive and ensured our meal was perfect. Seating inside the restaurant was well distanced from other tables and some even had plexiglass for dividers. I would definitely return again for the Sunday evening 3 course meal as it is a good price.
