We suspect the 'toro sushi' was not tuna but escolar. It wasn't fatty or pink, but typical translucent grey and sliced to look like toro. That and the photo of toro sushi on the wall was one of the first google images I found for...'toro sushi' online... This mislabeling of fish has to stop. Cheap beer!More
