We haven’t been here for about a year or so but I was craving dim sum and my husband suggested going to eat here since it’s closer than driving downtown to Crystal Dynasty. So we invited my brother-in-law and his twins to join us. I...have to say it was one of the worse experience I had eating at a dim sum place. The serve was horrendous, the lady told us to and I quote, “move your phones off the table so I have room to put the food down”. Note that there wasn’t much on the table besides tea cups and plates. Nothing that they didn’t even bring us tea until after a while we asked for it. She was clearly really rude to us. Then we see her go to another table, Canadian people, and treated them very nice and polite. Note that we are asian so wondering if that was the leading factor. But I was puzzled cause aren’t we all customer no matter our skin colour. The food came out and it was not fresh, you can tell by tasting it that the meat is old. I use to go eat dim sum with my family every Sunday so I know good dim sum and that I had to say was stomach hurting later kind of food. After we finish some of the food that we ordered, we left and told each other that we never coming back here ever again and rather drive the extra km’s to a good tasting, quality dim sum and better customer service. Note, we still left a tip even after the terrible service we received. Warning, NEVER GO THERE!!!!More
