First time eating here and Wow! I was totally impressed with how fresh the fish was. This is not your typical fish'n chip joint - this is the real mccoy and It's not a place you would find on a main street in a strip...mall or something, it's in a quiet little residential area part of town here in Kanata Ottawa which suits its demeanor perfectly. I ordered a more traditional Cod Fish'n chips cause that's what I was hankering for : ) and when it arrived I was blown away. The batter was so light, crispy and the cod was cooked perfectly - white, flakey and not soaked in oil - just perfect! Kudos to the staff in the kitchen - Well done! Big thanks to Nicole for the great service and hospitality - I'll definitely be back!More
