Found ourselves in the Hamilton area and decided at the request of our son to eat lunch at the tavern. I was slightly reluctant but am glad we decided to try it out. The food was excellent as was the service. The inside reveals the...tavern's age but feels very comfortable and dare I say 'rustic'. Another bonus, no loud music blaring. Washrooms nice and clean. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the tavern has warmth, charm and a welcoming atmosphere - would gladly have lunch there again.
