I am in Vancouver for a few months every summer. I've eaten at Panz Veggie when it was on Hornby Street, and now also at their new location at 3485 Fraser Street in Vancouver. The menu and standards are similar to before: clean and healthy...and creative Asian vegetarian food at very reasonable prices. The menu is large and the food is of high quality and very fresh. It feels like home cooking. They are flexible regarding special requests. I leave very satisfied and pleased every time. In fact, since I am not very nearby, I always order an additional two meals to take with me for another day. I recommend Panz Veggie highly.
