Rocky Mountain Flatbreads (RMF) always has a lot going on. It is a favourite for families, as it is a restaurant which has child diners as one of it foci, enabling them to have fun while eating, making up mocktails and designing their own pizza,...as well as offering pizza- making parties. With Covid 19 the number in the party is limited to six. Other foci included offering dishes across the spectrum —from vegan, vegetarian, gluten and nut free, as well as meat — as is organic ingredients, “changing the world one pizza at a time.” It has redesigned the restaurant with social distancing in mind, with it patio heated in part for this purpose. It seems always to be coming up with new ideas, one of the latest being pizza kits to make at home, and this weekend a 30$ three-course Valentine’s Day meal, is being matched with raw chocolate from its 1st Ave neighbor, chocolatier, KoKo Monk. There are chocolate offerings after the starter and main. One is a raw chocolate with guava, fig and coconut, which sounds delicious.
