What a great location! I don’t get down to this part of downtown Calgary very much. The setting is right in a little downtown park. My meal was tremendous. I started with the grilled romaine salad. The dressing was so good. I had the pork...as my main. The pork was cooked sous vide and finished off in the pan or grill to add the right amount of crispness. It had just the right amount of salt to make you feel guilty that you were eating a big slab of bacon but not enough where you were looking for the defibrillator. My wife had the sockeye salmon. As a former commercial fisherman I am picky when it comes to preparing fish. This was excellent. Even the salmon skin, yes the skin was grilled perfectly. Jackie, Kirk and their team have done a excellent job to create an intimate, relaxed, fine food establishment. We will be back for sure!More
