My executive was delayed arriving for the reservation and when I called them she was so helpful and made sure they still had a table even though they were 10-15 minutes delayed.
My executive was delayed arriving for the reservation and when I called them she was so helpful and made sure they still had a table even though they were 10-15 minutes delayed. It was a thank you lunch for a junior member of our team and it meant a lot to me to know that the table would still be there for them and he would be celebrated and get to relax for an hour or so.
