If you're going to splurge on baked goods this isn't the place for it. Pricey baked goods and sandwiches that arent notable. The over caramelization of the baked pastry I purchased, caused the flakey layers to stick together and taste doughy. The corbeux sandwich was just so-so. It was a baguette bun sandwiched in between 3-4 pieces of ham and some caramelized onions. I question wether it's worth paying $12 for a meager sandwich. I just feel as though there are much better pastries shops in Calgary, such as Manuel Lature, which is not far down the street from Analog. However in terms of coffee, great tasting with personal touches.
