Unbelievable, we have been ordering from here for years. Ordered online at 17:00, no email, no phone call, no response. At 18:36 we call to see the status of our order and the individual who answered the phone spent 30 seconds arguing with someone on...the other end of the line. Finally, to be told they have called our phone number and our order will not be ready until 19:30... unacceptable. There was no missed calls on the phone number they recalled to me, no apologies from the business, nothing, on Christmas Eve. During these difficult times, one would think customer service would be of paramount importance...... not here.
