So far, we only tried mini cheesecakes from here, but they are quite promising. I liked that they don't have that cloying sweetness many cheesecakes are guilty of these days. They tasted fresh and light. But again, that takes it away from your conventional understanding...of a cheesecake, and I can see how some people might not be too excited about it.
