Visiting family in Vancouver and my son recommend this restaurant. It is not big at all, and during the peak meal times there is always a line outside (be ready to wait and there are no reservation.) I arrived for a late lunch (1 PM)...and still had to wait around 15 minutes. Seated at the counter I was served quickly. I had 5 Pan-fried Yaki Gyoza as a starter. Firm and very flavorful. My mistake was not knowing how filling my Ramen was going to be. I ordered the Miso Rekka Ramen (you can choose your noodle thickness, firmness, and broth thickness, richness and how spicy.) So many choices but it was the BEST Ramen I have had. I wish there were more ramen shops if this quality across America! Well done to the Chef and kitchen staff for an excellent lunch. We went there at dinner time. it seemed busy but we could site quickly. We ordered 2 ramens as soon as we ordered, our ramen came! Actually, we could customize noodle's firmness, such as hard or soft and degree of spice as well. it is the authentic ramen.
