This place truly shows what Canada is and you'll know what I mean when you go there. This is a little family run Italian café. We went there to watch the Italy vs Germany Eurocup game. We were glad to have gone a bit early...as we got three of the last few seats left. We started with their cappuccinos, which were delicious. We then tried their Mediterranean pizza. The slices were huge (1/6 of a Large for $3) and reasonably prized. They were very good, and they made the dough just the way my husband loves it (not the hard thin crust), and it tasted just like how we had them in Italy last summer. They were freshly made, of course. The San Pellegrino drinks were a bit pricey at $3 a can, but in a hot weather, they were refreshing. Their gelatos (limoncello and hazelnut) and passion fruit sorbetto were on point. The crowd was amazing as well. The only problem was that they had only 1 restroom for the whole place, which would probably suffice on a regular day, but on a Eurocup day, there was a line during the first intermission. However, the line was reasonable the rest of the afternoon. We had a great time on our first visit and will be going again.
