We made a reservation in the Hunt Tent for our birthdays. Janna, our server was delightful & helpful. The atmosphere was also nice and cozy, thanks in part to the heater. We ordered a small charcuterie board and elk tartare for appetizers, followed by the...Venison and Bison for our entrees. The tartare is a generous portion for 2 people. Everything was delicious. We would highly recommend.
