As our first experience with an AYCE hot pot, we enjoyed ourselves, once we figured out how things work. The server was extremely unhelpful--we had to ask for spoons and napkins, as well as an explanation of how the process worked; none of those things...was offered. The broth was really good, and we really loved being able to customize our individual meals. The lunch price of $16 per person seemed pretty reasonable for what we got. With a better server who made us welcome, and a little more attention to detail, this could have been a really good review. You might have a better experience, but then again, maybe there are better hot pot options from the many in the neighbourhood.
