This restaurant was opened at least a couple of years ago but remains a hidden germ. Their xiaolongbao was authentic: tasty soup inside the dumpling so one has to be careful not to bite into it and have the hot soup scald you. The xiang...jiang bao (fried dumpling) is nicely crispy at the bottom and the top is soft. Since it is downtown I imagine there is a busy lunch crowd from business/office workers around. My only suggestion for the restaurant is to add some vegetable dishes. Other than some pickled cucumbers there are few choices for people who want some vegetables.
