We had come in and ordered take out last week. The owner, (older lady), had taken our order and once it was ready for pick up she handed our order to us and I even confirmed the names of the dishes and she had mentioned...she had double checked it. Once we came home, the dishes were totally different then what we ordered and there was a hair in it! I called and informed them of what happened and she said sorry and giggled and I asked if I can just return the meals and get a refund and she had mentioned no refund but she could get me another 2 different meals as she will lose money by refunding me. Sorry but the fact that they messed up our order plus was more concerned about a "fee" they would be paying when refunding me is purely ridiculous. Will never come back here!More
