We were really looking for a restaurant to visit that was outside the walls of Old Quebec. We wanted some place where locals might go to enjoy a meal, as opposed to the busy, loud, tourist restaurants downtown. We were pleased both with the service...and the food. It was an intimate environment and our server went above and beyond to explain the menu in english to us, as well as showing us what could be made vegetarian, as I don't eat meat. We got the chakchouka and the pizza made vegetarian. The server was nice enough to bring the meat that was supposed to go on the pizza on the side so my non-vegetarian boyfriend could enjoy. It was one of the best meals we have had on all of our travels, and we will visit again next time we are in Quebec City. Thank you!More
