Fermenting rancid plum sauce that smelled of rotting apples. Called and they asked me to come get a new one. Well I’ve finished eating so.....hard no When I called to explain I was asked to drive it back to them, a 20 minutes round trip....I don’t think so. I asked for a dozen complementary egg rolls or something on my next order ....... and the owner offered me 10% off , which is what they already give if you pay cash (sketchy ). Told him he was loosing a frequent customer and he had zero cares about that either. Seriously poor customer service skills and retention of formerly loyal customer.
