My sister and I ate here while staying at the Grand next door. Since the restaurant and lounge are closed at the Grand, guests can walk over to this restaurant at the Signature. The atmosphere and furnishings are nothing to get excited about. Updating is...needed. The menu was very limited (assuming because of COVID and lack of business right now). That said, Roberto was our waiter - he was FANTASTIC. He was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He took care of us very well, even though he seemed to be working largely alone. We both had the beef short ribs and they were amazing. The beef was flavourful and tender. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. Delicious meal. I like to stay at The Grand, so I hope The Grand transfers Robert over to their restaurant once life gets back to “normal” - he was better than any waiter I have had at the Grand in the past. I’d eat here again.
