Alibi Pub is in a location that has not seen success for other restaurants so they need to stand out and keep people coming back. I am rating as average at this point as we have been 4 or 5 times now and they are...not consistent in terms of the food. We tend to like a good order of nachos with a beer. First time our full order was the same size as our friends half order. On another occasion they were more or less burnt. Last night it appears the oven was not working and they were microwaved. Very little cheese, one or two pieces of tomato, on a dinner plate of chips. Chips with cheese were chewy and chips without cheese (most of them) were just cold. I will continue to give them a chance from time to time but they are not making it easy to want to support this local pub. Agree, a great selection of beer but needs more than just beer to keep me coming back. This place has potential but if they don’t step it up soon I foresee another restaurant closure at thus location.
