I had a strange experience at this X-Site location this past weekend. Our group of five came in for nachos and entrees. It took forever to be acknowledged by anyone or to take our order. The nachos were terrible. A plate of tortilla chips with...virtually nothing on them. When it came time to order entrees, the server took the order of the three guys and walked away, ignoring the two women. My girlfriend ended up just leaving, but I decided since the server didn’t want to take my order I wouldn’t give her my business. It was very odd. I don’t think there was any ill intent from the server, but what the heck. I won’t return to this location. I love the Burnaby location.
