We have been to Cafe Krieghoff several times over the years. It has a very eclectic / Bohemian feel. Their brunch menu has a good selection and is budget-friendly. The service is average, but they have a lovely terrasse on Quebec City's lively Grande Allee....Also a great spot to eat before or after visiting the Quebec Fine Arts Museum.
