Everything is good except the combo of fish siu Mai and HK style rice roll. The fact is these 2 items should go together on one single plate because the dipping sauce are different. Fish siu Mai uses soya sauce while rice roll uses soya...sauce and hoisin sauce and sesame sauce. When they go together, the hoisin and sesame sauce also goes to the siu Mai and make it taste weird and awkward. The other problem is the staff put way too much sauce. They have to learn from HK hawkers that they put way less. This is the reason I only gave 3 stars. Sauce is to enhance the food favour, not as a food item to fill up the stomach. To me, too much sauce is a pollution to the food. The other option is to put all sauces on the side. Noodles and drinks were good. I am sure they can do better. Price wise is reasonable, when size is also being taken into consideration.
