Amazing to experience high tea at the Empress, I would suggest that small children who are screaming and crying would have the parent be asked to just step away to calm them down.
Amazing to experience high tea at the Empress, I would suggest that small children who are screaming and crying would have the parent be asked to just step away to calm them down. To pay that much to have to listen to that was frustrating.
